The Forge

The Forge is a lockable, impact-resistant enclosure designed to protect Starlink Mini satellite hardware and enable continuous, high-speed internet while driving.

Built for remote, off-grid, and high-consequence environments, the Forge allows Starlink Mini to be mounted securely on a vehicle and used in motion, supporting productivity, communication, and coordination during long-distance travel and field operations.

The enclosure protects critical communications hardware from rock strikes, road debris, hail, branch impacts, and theft, while maintaining accessibility and serviceability. Its ventilated, mechanically simple architecture prioritises reliability over sealing, avoiding reliance on fine tolerances or powered cooling.

The Forge does not create connectivity — Starlink Mini provides the internet. The Forge enables that connectivity to be used safely, securely, and continuously in real-world vehicle environments.

Designed for both industrial fleets and expedition travel, the Forge supports rapid removal and redeployment of Starlink Mini between vehicles, making it suitable for shared hardware across fleets or multi-vehicle operations.
